Service terms

GO transit watch is an independent companion app for GO train and GO bus schedules, Find Route planning, Union Station and UP Express departures, the GO network map, trip sharing, and Live Activities, available on iPhone, iPad, and CarPlay. Transit schedules, platform information, fares, and service alerts come from Metrolinx Open Data and may change or be delayed without notice; always confirm departure details at the station before boarding.

GO transit watch Pro

New installations include a 30-day app-managed preview of full Pro access at no cost, with no sign-up required. The 30-day preview never charges your Apple Account automatically when it ends.

To keep Pro access after the preview, you can choose from three StoreKit options sold through Apple:

• GO transit watch Pro Monthly and GO transit watch Pro Yearly: auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase
• GO transit watch Pro Lifetime: a one-time non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks all Pro features without recurring billing
• Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends
• Management: subscriptions are managed through App Store subscription settings; restore purchases is available in-app

Current pricing for Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime options is always shown on the in-app paywall before you buy.

Free vs Pro

During your first 30 days, all Pro features are unlocked automatically. After the 30-day preview ends, free riders can view the next 2 departures on a corridor, explore the GO network map, check UP Express next departures and service alerts, and share trips, with no account required.

• Saving trips to My Trips
• Picking any service date
• Auto-selecting the nearest departure station
• Live platform numbers on departures and trip details
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
• Trip reminders & Live Activities for tracked trips
• Live train tracking and Commute Routine
• Custom and seasonal app icons

Feature Requests

The in-app Feature Requests board lets riders suggest and upvote ideas anonymously (see our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled). Submitting a request does not guarantee it ships; status labels (Under Review, Planned, In Progress, Completed) reflect our current plans, which can change.

Managing billing & refunds

You can restore purchases anytime via the in-app restore button and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple under App Store terms.
